- Seating Policy:

Please note that we have limited capacity. We have 60 seats, so we sell 60 tickets. Each ticket buyer gets a seat.

Any plus ones, guests, or volunteers must be SRO (standing room only) in the event of a 60 ticket sell out event.

We are general admission, seats are first come, first served. 

We recommend early seating is the best seating. 

​The venue does not reserve tables, except under special circumstances.

- No Refunds or Exchanges: All sales are final 7 days before the event.
No refunds or exchanges will be provided, except in the case of event cancellation.

 

- Liability: The venue is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to any person or property arising from attendance at the event. The ticket holder assumes all risks associated with attendance at the event, including but not limited to, risks of injury or illness from standing or sitting for an extended period of time. 

 

- Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the event takes place. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of that jurisdiction. 

 

- By purchasing a ticket to the event, the ticket holder agrees to comply with these terms and conditions. The venue reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

- The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who violates these terms and conditions or engages in inappropriate behavior.
